What does the $99 cover?

The dashboard, AI investigation, CSV uploads, unlimited signal submission, 500 network screenings a month, and 2 team seats. There are no overage charges. Screening stops at 500 for the month.

Does Starter include API usage?

No. Talk to sales for API access, bulk ingestion, MCP, or more than 500 screenings a month.

How many team members can I add?

Starter includes 2 seats. More seats are part of a custom plan.

Is there a contract?

Starter is month to month. API and custom usage can be monthly or annual, depending on volume.

Can I move from Starter to a custom plan?

Yes. You can add the API later without re-onboarding.

Can I contribute fraud signals without a paid plan?

Yes. Signal submission is unlimited and free. Paid plans add screening, the dashboard, and cross-organization intelligence.

Can we run a pilot first?

Yes. Talk to us about a scoped pilot so you can prove value on your own data before you commit.

Will other members see our submitted signals?

No. Identity values are encrypted client-side before they reach us, and submissions are anonymized to other partners. Members benefit from the collective intelligence without exposing who reported what.
